Returns and cancellations

• In case of cancellation of the transaction two weeks before the event is held, the customer will be refunded the full purchase price less registration fees and clearing fees of 10%. In case of cancellation of a transaction from two weeks to the event up to the day before, the customer will be refunded 40% of the transaction fee and another 10% clearing fee.
• If the transaction is canceled on or after the event, the transaction money will not be returned to the customer.

The above cancellation policy applies only to products purchased on the Website. The Company will not handle the return of products purchased through another source.
